All orders are treated as back to back, orders cannot be canceled nor exchangeable, Once we receive your order we will process your order at the earliest possible time and confirm your order status, all items available is subjected to ex-stock.

All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 1 days of receiving the order.
Only sealed, unopened and UNUSED merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted.
Edible food products (including all petal & luster dusts, highlighters, colorings, disco dust, dragees, etc.), pre-made gumpaste flowers and decorations, royal icing decorations, silicone & resin molds, rolling pins, books, magazines, videos, media, turntables, Acrylic cupcake and cake stands, bulk orders, cake pans, all bakeware, air brushes, cake dummies, chocolate transfer sheets, all edible image transfer sheets, discounted items, seasonal items and special orders are NOT returnable.
All discontinued and clearance merchandise is non-returnable.
How to receive credit and have unwanted merchandise picked up:
FIRST – Inform us and seek assistance. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Nozeen’s management.
Please ship your package with adequate insurance for the value of the
contents. If your merchandise is lost or damaged while returning, Nozeen’s will not assume responsibility. Once a return package is received, a refund will be issued, subject to inspection & management approval.
Oops! Our Mistake-we shipped the wrong item!
First, call us at 00971-56-02410084 within 2 days of receiving your package and we will correct our error. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving confirmation from us.
Nozeen’s provides itself in packaging your orders with great care. However, sometimes unforeseen occurs and we need to be notified promptly in order to serve you better.
For Damaged Goods Claim.
Save your shipping box and packaging! It needs to be inspected by the carrier. Claims cannot be made for damaged goods if the box is discarded. Call us 00971-56-2410084 to report damaged goods immediately on receipt of product. All damaged items MUST be returned in the original box with the original packing material. If you return a damaged item in any other packaging and the carrier denies the damage claim due to inadequate packaging, we cannot issue a refund to you.
A return merchandise authorization will be given to you and carrier will pick up your package within 2-3 business days. A refund will be issued to you when we receive the damaged goods providing all conditions of our return policy are met or we can ship out a replacement item.
Refused Orders and Undelivered Orders.
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undelivered will be charged at full shipping costs, including return shipping to Nozeen’s. Undelivered packages include orders with incorrect addresses or orders where carrier has made two attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.
Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at the customer’s expense. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, they will be charged a 20% restocking charge plus the original shipping charges.
